Option 1: Time & Material

At the end of each week (or job - whichever comes first) the client/homeowner pays an hourly rate of $40-$50/hr (job dependent), in addition to any material bought for the job

This process is repeated until either the job is complete or the client/homeowner reaches their financial limit

Option 2: Hard Bid

Client/Homeowner requests I give a quote for the job as a whole (time & materials included) - work begins when both parties have signed in agreement on the number and scope of work

Hard bids over $500 require an initial deposit that is agreed upon by all parties involved - this is to cover the purchase of materials

Remainder of payment occurs after completion of the job, provided that the job is not large enough to deem incremental payment necessary
